The Possibility of Using Combine Implement Designed and manufactured Locally for injecting
herbicides and pathogens under soil surface

There are pumps , powder spray pumps, different sprayers implement used to spray different materials such as liquid chemical fertilizers, pesticides, insecticide, fungicides and bacterial in the form of liquids or powders, but it can not be pumped under the surface of the soil so the idea of designing, manufacturing and testing an implement or mechanical system used in primary and secondary tillage and inject herbicides under and above the surface of the soil using sweep plow before planting.
The combine implement consists of a fixed tank on the structure of the plow and related rubber tube is associated with a pump operated by pump powered by gasoline for the purpose of generating pressure to inject pesticide into the wings of the plow through a tube containing valve to drop pesticides in each wing extends a metal tube containing a range of sprays (15 nozzles) pump spray pesticides on the form so that the overlapping area sprays service happen and covers all the space plow pesticides service (width Servant of the plow) . This implement can spray fungicides or bacterial or bush above the soil surface through controlling the diameters and types of sprays.
Several experiments were conducted in the College of Agriculture, University of Baghdad's Abu Ghraib fields to test the designed implement through evaluating the influence of the nozzle type and nature of the mixing and the depths of control on the control ratio of weeds using Al terflan herbicides addition to the practical production and field efficiency of the implement.
The experiments have proved the success of the implement in tillage and pumping and spraying herbicides and disease causes above and below the surface of the soil before planting, as well as the success of the experiments in the control against the weeds.
Combine implement components;
The combine implement consists of the following parts: Figure (1 and 2)
1- Reservoir (Tank ) - The reservoir is made of fiber glass or aluminum with capacity according to demand and it supply with pressure scale (Mano miter) and it contact with returned tube to mix the pesticide. The size of the reservoir is 1180 * 700 mm.
2- High pressure plastic tube with 40 mm diameter connecting with the reservoir and sweep plow wigs share. The tube has a valve to control the pesticide.
3- A metal tube with a diameter (25 mm) runs along the wing
4- 30 sprinkler sprays or fountains (Nozzles) with diameter (2 mm) away from each other by (10 mm).
5- Internal Combustion pump powered by gasoline.
6- Sweep plow consists of frame with hitching points, shank, and share with two wings.
The design of the combine implements;
The reservoir is fixed over the structure of the plow to provide the additional pressure of the combine implement due to high reservoir and linking high-pressure rubber pipe between the tank and the pump on the one hand and the internal combustion of the other hand to pull and pump pesticides.
at the bottom of the pump links 40 mm diameter rubber tube provider with valve to control lowered pesticides and installed with the leg of the plow up to the end and fork to the two tubes metal diameter (25 mm) stretch to the end of the two wings of the plow and then proved by 15 sprinkler (2 mm diameter) with a distance of 10 mm between sprinkler and the other on the metal tubes for the purpose of pumping pesticides under the surface of the soil. and (15) other sprinkler to spray pesticide over the soil surface installed on the rubber tube connects with the pipe from the top and the combine implement supplies with pipe for the return of excess pesticide into the tank for the purpose of mixing the pesticide. The combine implement was designed and manufactured in the General Mechanical Industrial Company and the workshop in the department of Agricultural Machines and Equipment, college of Agriculture, University of Baghdad. And the experiments were conducted in the experimental field of the above college.
